What are some behavioral activities that non-white people, under the system of racism White Supremacy, should engage in to help them learn to balance up their logic and emotions, thus, learn to control their emotions, more?

Excellent question.

Before we get into behaviors, the first thing you have to do is be truthful with yourself. If you are not honest with yourself everything else that you do to learn to balance logic and emotion will fail.

List all of the things that you are emotional about (or as many as you can)...or as some people say list all of the t hings that trigger you. List all of the things that you are nonchalant about. List all of the things that you have razor sharp focus about and carry out, seemingly, without need for emotion.

Usually with black people, we will find that we are more emotional about way more things than we are logical about. Start with one of them by really digging into why you are emotional about it. I'll give an example:

I found that I was really emotional about many things and many of them stemmed from me not being patient with myself and other people. So I sought to slow myself down so that I would not respond emotionally since each time that I did I lost the focus in responding in a logical manner. So I did lots of things (behaviors) to slow myself down. I did not wait until I was in emotionally triggering situations to do these things. I did lots of things (behaviors) that were seemingly unrelated. Actually, there is no such thing as "unrelated". Everything in the known universe is related to everything else. So, I would do things like go fishing or brush my teeth slower or anything that made me slow down so that I took time to focus on doing those things in a logical manner.

These behaviors, and others, have transfer value. For example, going fishing helps me save money because I only eat fish as meat...so I don't have to buy as much fish as I used to. And I involved my self in learning how to fish in the best possible way (logically). Brushing my teeth slower transferred into fewer dental hygiene problems. And on and on and on.

So the behaviors you come up with and set out to improve yourself, either to not be so emotional or not be so logical, will also aid in other areas of your existence in a constructive manner.

No one can tell you if you do this it will absolutely work for you. You have to tell yourself the truth about you and seek to improve yourself and focus on that improvement and your mind will take over.
