No.
The SYSTEM of racism white supremacy is in place worldwide until it is no longer in place.
Is it correct to say that a prisoner in a prison who is actively trying to get out of that prison is no longer a prisoner in that prison while they are actively trying to get out of that prison?
No.
The prisoner in that prison is a prisoner in that prison UNTIL they get out of that prison.
The only way a non-white person can no longer be a victim of racism white supremacy is get out of the worldwide SYSTEM of racism white supremacy.
The only way to get out of the worldwide SYSTEM of racism white supremacy is to eliminate the worldwide SYSTEM of racism white supremacy itself. Until then, non-white people are victims of racism white supremacy.
You can't eliminate the SYSTEM of racism white supremacy in the place called Argentina and it still exists in the place called China. That would be like urinating in the corner of a swimming pool. The entire swimming pool is infected. No body is going to swim in that pool and everybody who is swimming in that swimming pool at the time the person urinates in it is going to get out of the swimming pool, including the person urinating in it.
You have to get rid of the SYSTEM of racism white supremacy worldwide and there is a way to do it.
