Suggestion:
If a person gives you information or suggestions, ask them to back themselves up with experiments or sources.
Reason/Explanation:
This is counter-racist because it prevents white people who practice racism white supremacy from telling lies to nonwhite people and then having those lies spreading from one person to whoever comes in contact with that person and so on and so forth.
It also prevents nonwhite people from spreading lies that they learned from racist white supremacists to other nonwhite people.
