Observed Phenomenon:

The SYSTEM of racism (white supremacy) is maintained by the actions of white people and the re-action of non-white people to the actions of white people.

Hypothesis:

The white people who practice racism (white supremacy) mistreat people they classify as non-white (not white) on the basis of that classification, something they call color. Non-white people participate in this mistreatment by allowing the white people who practice racism (white supremacy) to mistreat them.

Non-white people cannot only better themselves but must also work against the white people who practice racism (white supremacy).

Experiment:

In this experiment there are 6 non-white people and 4 white people together in a room with the purpose of solving problems without producing more problems...meaning solving problems in a manner that no person is mistreated and also the person who needs help the most get the most help.

You can have as many white people and non-white people as you can find to participate. The ratio pf white people to non-white people has no bearing on the experiment itself except you must have at least 2 white people.

In this experiment the white people set out to function as non-white people except one, the non-white set out to function as white people, and the one white person who did not function as a non-white person functioned as a racist (white supremacist). The following handout was given to everyone:

Problems facing people are the reason we're here. The production of justice, guaranteeing that no person is mistreated and also guaranteeing the person that needs help the most gets the most help, will benefit all people. In order to accomplish this we will have to replace the current supreme political system, white supremacy (racism), with a system of justice by revealing truth and using truth to promote justice and correctness in all places and at all times.

For the purpose of this exercise we will attempt to outline the behaviors of people under the current supreme political system (racism white supremacy), the mechanics of the behaviors, and attempt to reveal truth that can be used in the production of justice and correctness.

Everyone here may be uncomfortable with the exercise and/or their functional role during the exercise, this is to be expected. The closer we get to revealing truth about the current supreme political system, white supremacy (racism), and how it works white people will get offended and non-white people will get embarrassed. The following items must be practiced if we are going to accomplish our mission of producing justice:

(1) Resist the urge to introduce confusion
(2) Ignore the sense that producing justice is something you shouldn't be doing
(3) Refuse to lie to yourself and let all others know you refuse to lie to yourself
(4) Question everything...even yourself
(5) Be more courteous than any other person at the meeting
(6) Reveal truth no matter how difficult it may be.

The outline of this meeting will consist of all of the non-white people functioning as white people, all of the white people, except one, functioning as non-white people, and the one white person that will not function as a non-white person will function as a white supremacist (racist).

We will go through all of the areas of people activity including, but not limited to,

(1) Economics
(2) Education
(3) Entertainment
(4) Labor
(5) Law
(6) Politics
(7) Religion
(8) Sex
(9) War

And discuss problems, as they exist under the current supreme political system and their solutions by revealing truth so that we may produce justice and correctness.

Recording Data:

Use whatever recording device you can such as pencil and paper, audio recorder, video recorder, memory, etc.

Materials Needed:

The nerve to run the experiment. At least two white people. At least two non-white people.

Expected Results:

(1) The white people who set out to function as non-white people, whose focus is not producing a SYSTEM of justice, will begin to argue with each other about what the non-white people who set out to function a white people say and/or do.

(2) The non-white people who set out to function as white people whose focus is not producing a SYSTEM of justice, will not help the white people who set out to function as non-white people.

(3) The non-white people who set out to function as white people, whose focus is not producing a SYSTEM of justice, will harm the white people who set out to function as non-white people.

(4) It will be realized that the so-called color of someones skin is not what maintaining the POWER relationship of racism (white supremacy) is all about.

(5) The white person who set out to function as a racist (white supremacist) will not help the white people who set out to function as non-white people.

(6) The white person who set out to function as a racist (white supremacist) will not help the non-white people who set out to function as white people when the non-white people who set out to function as white people attempt to help the white people who set out to function as non-white people.

(7) It will be realized that the SYSTEM of racism (white supremacy) is a BEHAVIORAL SYSTEM and that color is just a means to maintain the POWER relationship.

(8) The non-white people who set out to function as white people, whose focus is producing a SYSTEM of justice, will speak out about the speech and/or action of the other non-white people who set out to function as white people who are not helping the white people who set out to function as non-white people.

(9) The non-white people who set out to function as white people, whose focus is producing a SYSTEM of justice, will not participate in behavior that results in the white people who set out to function as non-white people being harmed.

(10) The white people who participate in this experiment who set out to function as non-white people will begin to function as non-white people in their relation to the other people in this experiment.

(11) The non-white people who participate in this experiment who set out to function as white people will begin to function as white people in their relation to the other people in this experiment.

(12) The white people who participate in this experiment who set out to function as racists (white supremacists), whose focus is not producing a SYSTEM of justice, will begin to function as racists (white supremacists) in their relation to the other people in this experiment.

(13) The non-white people who set out to function as white people, whose focus is not producing a SYSTEM of justice, will not harm the white people who set out to function as racists (white supremacists).

(14) Some of the white people who set out to function as non-white people may start crying. When they do they will not get any help from the white people who set out to function as a racist (white supremacist) whose focus is not producing a SYSTEM of justice.

(15) Some of the white people who set out to function as non-white people may start crying. When they do they will not get any help from the non-white people who set out to function as a white people whose focus is not producing a SYSTEM of justice.

(16) The non-white people who set out to function as white people who may \"look like\" white people, whose focus is not producing a SYSTEM of justice, will go along with whatever the majority of non-white people who function as white people say and/or do.

(17) The white people who participate in this experiment who set out to function as racists (white supremacists), whose focus is not producing a SYSTEM of justice, will not help the non-white people who set out to function as white people.

(18) it will be realized that there is nothing in-between helping someone and harming someone. Whatever is said and/or done results in someone either being helped or harmed.

(19) The white people who set out to function as non-white people, whose focus is not producing a SYSTEM of justice, will react to what the non-white people who set out to function as white people say and/or do.

(20) The white people who set out to function as non-white people, whose focus is not producing a SYSTEM of justice, will react to what the white people who set out to function as racists (white supremacists) say and/or do.

This counter-racism experiment was run at the second Ending Racism 2020 meeting I attended. After that meeting the group lost its way toward ending racism (white supremacy) by the year 2020. The group no longer convenes.

There was another experiment being run in the midst of this counter-racism experiment. Probably many, but this one in particular that you can only see if you purchase the DVD.

One of the non-white people who set out to function as a white person SYSTEMATICALLY removed the resources from the side of the table of the white people who set out to function as non-white people. Resources such as food and water. It was interesting because no one knew he was going to run this experiment. He said he didn't even know until he began to run it. We found out he did it after we were finished with the experiment and I had to review the video to see the experiment in action.

Once settled into his role as a white person, this non-white person began to horde all of the food and water and even the white person who set out to function as a racist (white supremacist) had to go to that non-white person who set out to function as a white person to get a cool refreshing drink.

I hope he posts that experiment one day. It had a lot of interesting parts. What was most interesting to me was that the white people who set out to function as non-white people didn't even know what he was doing even though they had to repeatedly ask him for food and water. Other things that were happening around the time he was hording the food and water were interesting as well. Such as one of the other non-white people who set out to function as a white person (Josh Wickett) kept bringing more food and water to the table. I don;t know if he was actually conscious of what the other non-white person was doing or not.
