Ask For Permission

Suggestion:
When in the company of white people and non-white people and you suspect the non-white people may be uncomfortable with talking about racism (white supremacy) but the white people have agreed to talk about racism (white supremacy), ask the white people for their permission to ask them questions about racism (white supremacy) and ask for their permission in the presence of the non-white people.

Reason/Explanation:
This minimizes conflict among the non-white people. Usually non-white people become uncomfortable and/or angry with each other when in the presence of white people and other non-white people having a conversation about race/racism/white supremacy. When the white people give their permission to talk about all aspects of racism (white supremacy) with non-white people it removes the responsibility for whatever happens during and as a result of the conversation from the minds of the non-white people as being the responsibility of any non-white person involved in the conversation.
