I agree DarkSwitch. The imposition of the penis into the vagina is rape and should be distinguished from sexual intercourse.

I agree DarkSwitch. The imposition of the penis into the vagina is rape and should be distinguished from sexual intercourse. |
I agree Helixhair. If the female gives her consent without coercion to the male inserting his penis into her vagina then that is sexual intercourse, or if the male gives his consent to the female without coercion to allow her to envelope her vagina around his penis = sexual intercourse. The key here is mutual agreement of both parties to have sex.
Side note: The vaginal walls are made of muscles. These muscles are used during the birthing process to deliver a baby, so using the same logic, these same muscles can be used to push an unwanted penis out of the vaginal orifice. The vagina has to be kept in shape like the rest of the body through regular exercise.
