Suggestion:
While performing any task keep in mind that all people work. There is never a time nor a place where someone isn't working.

Reason/Explanation:
Either a person is working in a constructive manner that will have a constructive outcome or the person is working in a non-constructive manner that will have a non-constructive outcome.
