Suggestion:

Use the same procedure when in a conversation about racism white supremacy and a person brings up there or another person's specific organization (club, chapter, order, etc...) as you would for religion, by making the following Actions:

Politely Ask:
What does your organization (club, chapter, order, etc...) require that you do?

What does you organization (club, chapter, order, etc...) require you to do about me?

Politely State:
That is all I need to know

After That:
Exit the conversation, or bring the conversation's focus back to racism/white supremacy.

If asked how you feel about (or to make comments about) any specific actions/efforts taken by any organization (club, chapter, order, etc...) associated with non-white people.

Politely make one of the following statements:

They did what they did

They are doing what they are doing

They did what they felt they needed to do, to the best of there knowledge and ability to produce justice, be it correct or incorrect.

After That:
Exit the conversation, or bring the conversation's focus back to racism/white supremacy.

Reason/Explanation:

In conversations about racism white supremacy non-white people often get off focus (and usually very hostile) by spending a lot of time arguing/debating about specific organizations (clubs, chapters, orders, etc...) and what they:

Are doing
Are not doing
Should be
Should not be doing,

about producing justice.

In conversations about racism white supremacy white people often encourage this behavior in order to promote confusion and hostility among victims and keep the focus off of producing justice.

When studying the inner workings of an organization (club, chapter, order, etc...) , it is easy to see that they are structured the same as religions:

Organizing

Recruiting

Collecting/Raising funds

Following a set standard of rules/behavior

etc...

So following the logic the same courter-racist strategies/techniques that work for dealing with religion, will work for organizations (clubs, chapters, orders, etc...)
