I'm sure there is a reason you only mentioned myself and Bilalianman as people you learn from but I hope you learn from more people than just he and I.

true very true,
Ive learned from many people on these sites But you and wannabright have put in a lot of work and I want you guys to know from a person who has tried to DO things...create things based on counter racism; that your work is reckognized and it inspires me to get off my fat ass and do more than run my mouf!
I am very much interested in seeing more female participation in your site and wannabrights.
Specifically in the areas of commentary and annalysis I would welcome some female input.

What is needed to get more non-white female participation in this website and theCode.net website?
Non-white females are submitting articles to this site for analysis but are not posting to the Work/Study Project. Has any non-white males from this site read and sent an e-mail to the females that have submitted articles to this site? Has any non-white females read and sent an e-mail to the females that have submitted articles to this site?
Perhaps some non-white females can answer that question.

What is needed to get more non-white female participation in this website and theCode.net website?
Non-white females are submitting articles to this site for analysis but are not posting to the Work/Study Project. Has any non-white males from this site read and sent an e-mail to the females that have submitted articles to this site? Has any non-white females read and sent an e-mail to the females that have submitted articles to this site?
Perhaps some non-white females can answer that question. |
I have read the article posted by a nonwhite female to this site. I have not sent her an e-mail. I suppose when she is ready to post she will. Nonwhite female participation should not be restricted to those who submit articles. I have also told nonwhite female co-workers about this site. Some have computers and some don't. I'm sure there are nonwhite males on this site who have girlfriends, wives, nonwhite female co-workers and they can encourage the nonwhite females to visit the site and possibly post or submit an article. Last year the Code.net was down for a period of time in April so I called Josh to ASK what happened and he said he didn't know and he told me about this site and I have been posting ever since. No one forced me.
I also find out about theCode.net by typing in Neely Fuller's name and I started posting on the old Discussion Board on the Code.net as LSAINT. I had purchased his book at a Black bookstore and then had lost it but never forgot his name and I ended up re-ordering the Code book.
It's funny that this should come up again. I asked this same question of Virtual_GOD LAST YEAR and he said he didn't know why more nonwhite females do not post to this site. I also raised this same question in a post under Sex Under White Supremacy/Racism(post has since been deleted by the Webmaster with my consent). That post got very few responses from the nonwhite male and other non white female posters on this site. Even Cloudsong asked this same question in a rather direct way. I asked her why don't more White females post on this site. I don't remember getting a direct answer from her. Also LadyJedi-Djedet asked me this same question when I was talking to her on Pal Talk about a week or two ago. No one can force other nonwhite females to this site or any other site that is discussing Racism/White Supremacy. This is not about painting your fingers or toes, or getting your hair done, shop til' you drop but countering Racism/White Supremacy. I don't know if putting a special forum just for nonwhite females would do the trick. I think the males here can entice the females they know to take a peek at the site.and the nonwhite females can continue to tell their girlfriends,sisters, mothers and whomever about this site and theCode.net. I post on that one as well but not that much. Oh yeah, I have told my youngest brother and a cousin who lives in the Bahamas about this site. If I should get a boyfriend I' ll make sure he knows about this site and the other one as well.

When I have invited females to this site, only non-white of course, either I was asking them the "relationship" questions or in the process of doing so. When it didn't work out between us they stopped posting.
See, this ain't no pick-up device for me. I'm trying to solve a problem...the problem of the existence of a SYSTEM of white supremacy (racism) because it is unjust...and I'm attempting to replace the SYSTEM of white supremacy (racism) with a SYSTEM of justice.
When the females I've invited to this Work/Study Project and TheCode.Net's Discussion Board find out I'm serious about what I'm talking about they usually don't stick around...even if I'm dating them.
