No Sexual Intercourse Between White People and Non-White People under the SYSTEM of racism (white supremacy).
Reason/Explanation:
The POWER dynamic of racism (mistreatment of people on the basis of color) produces white supremacy (white people being in a supreme position over the people they subject to their POWER) which is a difference of POWER between white people and non-white people which is equal to that of the difference in POWER between an adult and a child and/or equal to that of the difference in POWER to a slave master/slave owner and a slave and/or equal to that of the difference in POWER of a warden and a prisoner. It is misuse and/or an abuse of POWER of the most POWERFUL people in the known universe [white people] over the people they subject to their POWER [non-white people].
