Age is not a factor in the equation.
Follow THE LOGIC (Counter-Racism Logic).
At what age or stage should a gun be considered to be loaded?
At what age or stage should a snake be considered poisonous?
Any gun that is ABLE to be loaded should be suspected of as being loaded, until proven otherwise.
Any snake that is ABLE to be poisonous should be suspected of as being poisonous, until proven otherwise.
Any white person who is ABLE to practice racism white supremacy is a Racist Suspect, until proven otherwise.
Now...how does a white person prove that he or she does not practice racism white supremacy?
They cannot prove it until the end of the worldwide SYSTEM of racism white supremacy and it has been replaced with a worldwide SYSTEM of justice.
