As a non-white person, under the system of racism White Supremacy, how can I respond to a situation whereby, suppose, a non-white female is being called demeaning/derogatory terms/names in my presence, and maybe that female is a young person, with little understanding of the things around her, and might be looking up to me for a constructive response at that particular moment in time?

Tell her the truth. Let her know what to say and what to do to respond to things that are being said to her or about her that will work for her.

If you don't know what to tell her, help her figure it out with her. This shows your support and both of you together are in a learning mode.
