Do not argue with other non-white people about which white person is a racist suspect.

Explanation/Reason:
Each individual non-white person has the duty and the sole responsibility to decide, for themselves, based on whatever criteria they may use at any time and in any place, which white person is a racist suspect.

Each individual non-white person is a victim of racism (white supremacy) and as such owes it to themselves to decide, based on whatever supporting evidence they may have at any time and in any place, which white person is responsible for their condition as a victim of racism (white supremacy).
