My question is why are most African-American women a silent or a hidden ally to white-men in their way of refining white supremacy. Also, my other question is why most African-American conservatives are always backbiting the Civil Rights activists knowing they get their funding from ultra-right conservative groups.

Counter-Racist Logic states that all non-white people are allies to white people under the SYSTEM of racism (white supremacy). The SYSTEM of racism (white supremacy) is running only because there is an agreement between the white people of the universe that choose to practice racism (white supremacy) and the non-white people of the universe that are victims of racism (white supremacy) that the SYSTEM of racism (white supremacy) should be running. I call this agreement the "tragic arrangement".
The only way to prove that the non-white people of the universe are not in agreement with the white people that have chosen and are choosing to mistreat people on the basis of color is that those non-white people replace the SYSTEM of racism (white supremacy) with a SYSTEM where it is guaranteed that no person is mistreated and also guaranteed the person who needs help the most get the most help...what I call a SYSTEM of justice. Now, that is what I say I'm in the process of doing because I don't agree with the arrangement...but I can't prove that I don't agree with the arrangement until we are in a SYSTEM of justice.

The white people who choose to practice racism (white supremacy) do so, in part, by getting non-white people to focus on each other and remain in conflict with each other. They could not do what they do if we didn't cooperate and most of us (non-white) people cooperate very well. This is more of that "tragic arrangement" I spoke about earlier. The white people who practice racism (white supremacy) have to keep us in conflict with each other and focused on each other...mostly focused on each others faults that only exist because we (non-white people) are subject to this non-just SYSTEM.
I know you didn't ask for this but I have to add it, if you don't mind. Now, how can non-white people get on the road to working against this particular strategy of what the white people who practice racism (white supremacy) are doing against us (non-white people)? Simple, make sure all of your interactions with non-white people are constructive...meaning you are helping them to solve a problem or they are helping you to solve a problem. If non-white people do this, and do it consistently, the white people who practice racism (white supremacy) will not be able to keep the people they say are not white (non-white) in conflict with each other. Now what does this mean?
No more:
(1) Gossiping
(2) Fighting with other non-white people
(3) Arguing with other non-white people
(4) Mistreating other non-white people
(5) Lying to other non-white people
(6) Robbing other non-white people
(7) Killing other non-white people
(8) Snitching on other non-white people
(9) Sitting around talking about people, places, and/or things that do not result in the knowledge of how to solve a problem and/or the result of solving a problem.
(10) Being discourteous with other non-white people
(11) Name-Calling other non-white people
(12) Having sexual intercourse with other non-white people that is not consensual.
(13) Having sexual intercourse with other non-white people that are attempting marriage.
(14) Overcharging non-white people on the purchase of items.
(15) Selling non-white people things that will harm them when there are things that can be substituted to heal them.
(16) Tell other non-white people the truth in a manner that promotes justice and correctness.
And a whole host of other things that lead to problems for non-white people. This is how to work against what the racists (white supremacists) are doing against non-white people...and...they are things we should be doing anyway...whether we are under a SYSTEM of racism (white supremacy) or not.

I think it is necessary to lay out THE LOGIC of why something is the way that it is to the best of your ability, how something is done (thought, speech, and/or action), the effect of what is done, and how to counter it. This way the person asking the question can get a full picture. Most non-white just want to know why something is the way that it is and usually the response is so that they can tell you why that something is the way that it is. Then the two of you can make statements back and forth about why something is the way that it is...for the next 50 years.

I suspect that Black females "see" the powerful image of a Man (white men are the only examples of real men, because they have the power to do what ever it is they like and that image is programmed in our minds in all the 9 areas of activity.) and expect Black males to be that powerful image. They are disappointed when they don't find a Black male that fits what they "see" as a man. The man is "the knight in shinning armor" coming to rescue "the princess",to protect her, shower her with riches and then "romance" her to orgasim.
White Supremacy has allowed Black females to progress a few steps further in the areas of Labor and Education, making many Black females believe that they earned their "success" and that it is their responsibility to "teach" Black males how to succeed in those areas, not realizing that it is with the White Supremacists permission that they are where they are.
Many Black females are also trying to be like the image of a White woman that the White Supremacists have placed before them, a so-called image of independance from the man, that is equal to him in all areas of activity.
Black females are trained by the White Supremacists to believe that they can "train" a Black male into being that image of a "man" that Black males can never be until White Supremacy is eliminated.
Now, the strategy ( I am new to following the Logic) that I propose to counter this is
1) All Blacks should be encouraged to read and put into practice the United Independant Compesitory Code/system/Concept.
2) Search for ways to communicate through images (videos, movies, pictures, etc) that the truth is that we are Black males and females and not "Men" and "women" and never will be until "White Supremacy" is elimenated. I say images because this is what non-whites are encouraged to learn from.
