It is said that non-white people are "highly" emotional people. Under the SYSTEM of white supremacy (racism) I suspect this to be a true statement.

Emotion must be balanced with Logic.

It has been said that non-white people are "highly" emotional as a result of not following THE LOGIC (counter-racist logic). When there is very little logic being used there is very much emotion being used.

It is a "balloon effect". When you squeeze one part of a balloon that has an abundance of air in it, the part you squeeze gets smaller in physical size and the rest of the balloon gets larger in physical size.

The existence of emotion is logical.

If a person is standing on the corner waiting for the bus and someone comes out of a nearby building swinging an axe running right at them, usually, the person's emotion will overtake the ingredient of logic and the person will try to get away from the person swinging the axe...which is logical.

The person running away may run out into traffic and get hit...because their emotion and the logic was imbalanced. too much emotion...not enough logic. The fact that the person got out of the way of the person swinging the axe is evidence that the existence of emotion is logical...that was the logical thing to do even though the person responded with more emotion than logic when they ran into traffic and got hit when they could've just got out of the way of the person swinging the axe without running out into traffic and getting hit by a vehicle.

Non-white people can't use racist logic to solve any problem they may have because racist logic is designed to harm non-white people...racist logic produces problems for non-white people. White supremacists (racists) will however make non-white people feel (emotion) their problems are being solved by making them more comfortable under the SYSTEM of white supremacy (racism)...but the non-white person is still under the SYSTEM of white supremacy (racism). Like giving non-white people large amounts of money to make them feel better while they are being mistreated on the basis of color. Don't confuse comfort with justice.

The only option, if a non-white person wants to become a universal person, is to replace white supremacy (racism) with justice. This requires the non-white person to use counter-racist logic. The more the non-white person begins to use and/or uses counter-racist logic the non-white person begins to see a change in themselves...a change that is evidence that the non-white person is becoming more logical and less emotional in their interaction with white people that practice white supremacy (racism). This is an indication that the logic (counter-racist logic) and emotion are coming into balance.

Once the logic (counter-racist logic) is balanced with emotion the non-white person becomes focused on replacing white supremacy (racism) with justice. Once the non-white person begins to use and/or uses an approach to produce a thing called justice and his or her emotions are in balance with the logic (counter-racist logic) and the non-white person interacts with a racist suspect, the racist logic the racist suspect uses begins to become unbalanced with their emotion. This has been witnessed as a white person going from Tacky to Trashy and Terroristic when interacting with a non-white person, under the SYSTEM of white supremacy (racism), who uses counter-racist logic while using the United-Independent method.

The closer the non-white person becomes to having their emotion and counter-racist logic being balanced the further imbalanced the emotion and the racist logic becomes of the racist suspect when they interact with each other. Racist logic is designed to function, primarily, using deceit. Direct Violence is a contingency...to get the non-white people to the point the white supremacists (racists) can use deceit again.

The imbalance of the racist logic can also be seen in the racist suspect when the racist suspect attempts to counter racism (white supremacy) without using counter-racist logic. This phenomenon can be seen by the racist suspect eventually talking about "god" or what's in their heart, etc., anything abstract that people are unable to quantify. This is the result of the racist suspect using more emotion than racist logic. Now the two are still wedded together but they are not in balance. The white person may begin to cry or tremble or any number of things. Don't be fooled...all racist suspects are still suspected of practicing racism (white supremacy).

A racist suspect never uses counter-racist logic and they will try to convince you that the best logic you can use to replace white supremacy (racism) with justice is to follow their logic and they use massive amounts of emotion to do this in their interaction with non-white people...and it is successful...because our (non-white people) emotion is not in balance with counter-racist logic.

Follow THE LOGIC (counter-racist logic).

I've always thought of emotions as an unplanned reaction.

With people, I suspect that first there is stimulus (emotion) then comes the response. Stimulus being a cause, and the response being the effect.

However, as a result of the victimization process, many victims (myself included) do not take advantage of the space or break between the stimulus and the response.

I suspect that the space between a stimulus and the response is where people have the God given ability of choice. I suspect that the ability to THINK before you respond is what it is to be alive.

However, I suspect that a responses to stimulus without thought is what many of us refer to as "programming" (Niggerization).

This is the basic difference between a person and a machine: choice

Logically speaking, if you did not willfully chose your own personal reactions to (emotion) stimulus, who did?

I also suspect that the space between stimulus and response is where following the logic should be taking place.

I remember something Steven R. Covey said in the 7 Habits of highly effective families book (paraphrasing): reacting without thought (choice) is the difference between living and being lived.

Replace White Supremacy With Justice.

Keep in mind that I could be incorrect.

When you use the word "emotion" how are you defining it?

I can't say that I have a working compensatory definition for "emotion".

I would like to use the word "feelings" to describe "emotions", but the question then becomes, 'What is a feeling'? to which, I don't have an answer, So...

For me, "emotion" is difficult to encapsulate, but I'm working on it...

However, I think what is important is what people decide to do no matter how they may "feel".

That's really the bottom line...

Having a code for thought/speech/action can be used as a method of balancing your "emotions" and Logic.

Preferably a Logic for the production of justice.

Winston, I think that you are right on target here. Perhaps "e-motion" can de defined as "that which animates thought into action." And, habit seems to be a proven method for doing just that. People, as opposed to beasts, are faced with decisions as to how to act. Choosing the correct actions for producing certain outcomes often is uncomfortable. Exercising one's body so that it is healthy does not feel comfortable when it is commenced. At some point, however, one actually desires the rigor and one feels more like one's true self both as a result as well as during the actual exercise.

I suspect that this is the case for counter-racist behavior, too. There is a correct way to produce any desired result. Follow the logic consistently and emotion will become an ally. That's what code is all about. Ms. Sophia Stewart, a black female, illustrated this principle in the work "The Matrix," which there is very probable cause to believe was stolen from her by some racist suspects.

Helix I think you picked a great opportunity to mention Sophia's work and it's relation to exactly what we are talking about.

I still believe that in-between basic stimulus (cause) and response (effect) there is a space.

As I stated earlier in the above post:

Quote:
I suspect that the space between a stimulus and the response is where people have the God given ability of choice. I suspect that the ability to THINK before you respond is what it is to be alive.

In summary, Following-The-Logic and/or the correct use of Logic that is balanced with Spirit (i.e. "emotions"), is a process that should act as a sequence-of-events or protocol (thought/speech/action) that takes place within a person and acts as a guide or "support-beam" that to allows for widening or at least a more efficient use of the space between stimulus (cause) and response (effect) which should make it easier to achieve better and/or correct decision making for the non-white person as they go through their own personal set of experiences, otherwise known as Life.

In reference to Sophia, her movie, and her legal case, Choice is a key component.

I also believe that when you are not exercising your ability to choose the best reaction, your existence could be nothing more than a redundant pattern of behavior without a clear purpose.

This is could be called Nigger Programming or Nigger Training.

In The Matrix film many of us recognize the lesson regrading "choice" represented as The Red and Blue Pill.

...If I remember correctly, when "Morpheus" presented the red and blue pill to "Neo", I think he said,

...All I'm offering is the Truth and Nothing More...

And with that said, at least for me, it becomes clearer to see that making the best choices after being faced with that which is (Truth) is pretty much what living is all about.

Following The Logic and or the correct use of Logic should be a process designed for victims-of-racism to provide the best opportunity to make better decisions that will ultimately result in a balance between people; Whereas no person is mistreated and the person who needs help the most gets the most help.

I could be incorrect.

I don't believe there's a space. You have to make one. In order to do that, you have to hide your emotion(if you can) to give yourself enough time to figure out what's going on.I could be incorrect.

If you're hiding your emotion isn't that a response?

This is the kind of conversation niggers are good at. Spend all day long thinking about something that ain't gonna help to solve any problems...and the white people who practice racism (white supremacy) support niggers doing it.

Yes ,that's a response.Just one that can't be seen. I'm not sure this kind of conversation won't solve any problems. I'm talking about the time between recieving and reaction. It's not something you spend all day thinking about ,it's something one might put into practice to see where another is coming from.

I thought so but I could be wrong.Isn't it true when a person gets the emotion he's looking for from another person,it confirms that what he set out to do is working?

Helix I think you picked a great opportunity to mention Sophia's work and it's relation to exactly what we are talking about.

I still believe that in-between basic stimulus (cause) and response (effect) there is a space.

Also, with that said,

Can a conversation about emotion and logic help to solve problems?

Winston

I thhink a better question is what problem is being solved by having a discussion about the space between stimulus and response with white people in a SYSTEM of racism (white supremacy).

Am I the only person that can see what is going on here?

Of all the constructive suggestions a white person can make to non-white people and what is more important to other white people to produce a SYSTEM of justice in any number of the 8,798 Posts (An average of 9.20 posts per day) under any number of the 863 Topics (An average of 0.90 Topics per day) on the Work/Study Project (WSP) non-white people have to ask themselves what Work is being done by the white people who post on the WSP.

Is it the work to produce justice or is it the work to maintain the SYSTEM of racism (white supremacy)?

Cause it ain't no "in-between" when it comes to the bottom line.

The problem being solved is to not give white people the response they're used to getting. When they get a certain response(EMOTION) they know the mistreatment, oppression is working. If they don't get what they're looking for, they have to retreat, find someone it will work on,run back to another white supremacist and talk down non white people to make themselves feel better.....What do you see going on around here?

A racist suspect calling him or herself TheOnlyHunter not telling white people what they can do to promote justice.
