Diversity, Inclusion and Diversity & Inclusion

Observed phenomenon: White people use diversity and inclusion to lead black people to think they are working on eliminating RWS and they hire a very confused black person to "lead" the department to make other black people think this particular black person makes the hiring decisions.

Hypothesis: White people want black people to believe they are anti racist while being completely exclusive behind the 1 confused black person who was put at the head of the department.

Experiment: I will post the question in a few different groups "What is the definition of diversity & inclusion"" "How does it guarantee that no person is mistreated?" "How has it produced justice?"

Results: Buckets and buckets of words, non black people immediately rushing to defend white people, white people will absolve themselves of any wrong doing and I will most likely get banned from the group

Okay, great. Now you are going to need these basic headings in your experiment.

Observed phenomenon: Double whammy. Diversity & Inclusion has a negative effect on non white people. When non white people hear those words, they assume there isnt a problem in particular in the workplace. Often the most confused black person is the head of the department but they will be the only non white person in that whole department. People that work in Diversity & Inclusion dont do any hiring or make any HR decisions. Google Diversity & Inclusion jobs and you will see they nearly all say the same things but I have observed that these particular words dont guarantee that no person is mistreated. It guarantees the opposite often the more confused black person is used to mistreat other black people.

Hypothesis: Suspected white supremacist often use the words diversity, inclusion and diversity & inclusion to practice racism.

Im a victim so I dont know what i could do to experiment. I work from home and am apart of many groups where I see those words frequently. I am unsure how to experiment

Let me see if I understand. In your Observed Phenomenon you have concluded that the words or terms "Diversity" and "Inclusion" are used to confuse non-white people.

Is this correct?

yes

I expected a "no" but that's okay. The Observed Phenomenon should be such that no conclusions are drawn. Things are observed.

Moving to your Hypothesis. You theorize that white people use the words or terms "Diversity" and/or "Inclusion to "practice racism".

How do they do this?

HOW? What is it that the white people who practice racism white supremacy DO with these words that result in the confusion of black people?

It makes black people less suspicious of them. It makes black people believe they are "good white people"

Okay, by doing what?

And this is the difficult part for many black people to express. If I may, I'd like to offer some assistance in the form of questions to help flush out your theory.

Are white people using the terms "Diversity" and/or "Inclusion" to lead black people to think that these white people are interested in and/or involved in eliminating the SYSTEM of racism white supremacy?

Are white people using the terms "Diversity" and/or "Inclusion" to lead black people to think that black people will be included in decision making processes for policies?

Are white people using the terms "Diversity" and/or "Inclusion" to lead black people to think that white people are working, to the best of their ability, to ensure some kind of racial progress for black people?

Yes to the 1st question and 2nd question. White people use diversity and inclusion to lead black people to think they are working on eliminating RWS and they hire a very confused black person to "lead" the department to make other black people think this particular black person makes the hiring decisions.

Essentially white people want black people to believe they are anti racist while being completely exclusive behind the 1 confused black person who was put at the head of the department.

This sounds like your Observed Phenomenon with the absence of the words or terms "Diversity" and "Inclusion".

Please think about this and let me know if any adjustments should be made to your original Observed Phenomenon and Hypothesis or if you would like to leave them as is.
