I would like to reiterate how important it is to use the U.S. Constitution in fighting battles in the "workplace" (on the job).

You want to use words in such a way that the white people in charge will do one of two things...correct the problem...or...change the U.S. Constitution. White people ain't gonna change the U.S. Constitution because that will affect a lot of white people...that's your buffer.

I knew someone who worked in the "private sector" who said they tried to use the U.S. Constitution and met with a lot of "that has nothing to do with this company"...and "we don't observe that we observe our policies and procedures"...and the person began to lay out exactly what policies and procedures they were referring to.

I asked the person to ask two questions...

(1) Does the U.S. Constitution govern how this company does business in the United States?

(2) Is every person working in this company a U.S. citizen, as granted by the U.S Constitution, and thereby sworn to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution, if necessarily with their lives?

No matter what the answer is to question (1) you really want to take it to question (2). If you receive the responses outlined above on your job about how the U.S. Constitution doesn't apply in the company you work for you may want to ask those two questions listed above.

Question (1) is a setup for question (2). If they answer "NO" to question (1) and "YES" to question (2) they have already subverted the U.S. Constitution by giving false information in relation to its applicability. This subverts the 5th and 14th amendments of the U.S. Constitution. This is the reason you cannot lie to a "federal agent". But what they don't tell you is that we are all "federal agents". Even the person pushing that broom at Wendy's.

Take another listen to this recording and listen carefully to how Mr. Fuller lays it out...And create your own code that as a final result only allows for two possible conclusions...the people in charge correcting the problem...or...the people in charge changing the U.S. Constitution.

It's been a sec, but I really didn't feel I had anything intresting to contribute, so I decided to shut-up for a while and actually listen....

Which by the way, is my formal suggestion for the day.

To cut to the chase,

Thurgood Marshall was really onto something by focusing so much of his attention to the 5th and 14th amendments of the constitution: Covering Due Process and Equal Protection Under The Laws

It has been my expeirence as a victim of racsim, that when a Racist decides to practice racism against VOR in the work place, it usually comes as a direct violation of the latter:

(5th Amendment)
Due Process:

Example:
If you were Fired, but not Fired in the correct manner.

(14th Amendment)
Equal Protection Under The Laws:

Example:
5 people get caught stealing. only 2 get punished.

You may ask,

What does this mean to me?

Well, for starters if you happen to have witnessed, or been directly related to a situation involving a person or person(s) who did NOT recieve "equal protection under the laws" or "due process", no matter what the circumstances happen to have been, the word white people used to describe this is:

UNCONSTITUTIONAL

And, as shown by Mr. Fuller, standing behind the US constitution is a great way to begin your counter racist strategy simply because, in essence, you get to stand behind some white people instead of standing all alone as an easier target.

Exactly.

The U.S Constitution was a document the White people who set up the United States Government created to help them get along with one another.

It also codified how White people would relate to non white people (racism white supremacy). When they say "three fifths all other persons", they were talking about Black people.

Its a long story but a fight almost broke out among White people regarding whether niggers would be counted as property (like barns and horses) or like people (White people).

They compromised by deciding Black people would count as 3/5 of a White person.

But anyway, getting back to smallz point; White people know the constitution so well that they often avoid doing things precisely because they suspect they will be flagged by another White person with glasses.

In order to get away with violating the constitution they often use racism White supremacy.

Why?

Because those White people with glasses I mentioned,

They ain't gonna say nothin.

Look at these "homeland security" laws being enacted. White people support them because they know it ain't gonna affect them.

Holding "terror suspects" without trial or charge?

That ain't White people and they know this.

Non white people gotta stay focused on the mistreatment aspect of racism White supremacy. The U.S constitution is only a tool (a sharp one too) but the VOR still hasta learn how to use it.

In using the United States Constitution on the job you may find that there are people who oppose this method. You may experience people who will want to focus on the "policies and procedures" of the company you work for. You may find the individuals at your job may say that "this is not a legal issue" and/or "we are not the government. We are a private organization" or something to that effect. In response you can ask the question below:

Suggestion:
Does (the company you work for) have any policies and/or procedures that are in direct conflict with the 5th and 14th amendments of the United States Constitution?

Reason/Explanation:
This sets the precedent for putting the company you work for behind the United States Constitution. And putting yourself behind the United States Constitution because you are supporting the United States Constitution.

You may also find the need to ask the following question:

Is anyone in this room in direct conflict with the support and/or defense of the United States Constitution?

Reason/Explanation:
This question begins to narrow the focus of where the problem really is to an individual person. This ensures that any white person attempting to practice racism (white supremacy) will not have the company you work for on their side and neither will they have the "United States Government" on their side. What this does is also keep people from attempting to ask you not to use the United States Constitution. Any person who asks you not to use the United States Constitution is opposing you, the company you work for, and also opposes the United States Constitution and according to Mr. Bush is a "threat to the security of our nation".

Suggestion:
Use the words "due process" and "5th and 14th Amendments of the United States Constitution" as many times as you possibly can.

Reason/Explanation:
This forces everyone to focus on whether or not a law has been broken and/or whether or not a law is being broken.

Suggestion:
When using the words "due process" give it the definition "doing things in the correct manner".

Reason/Explanation:
Once you do this the only change that can be made in reference to the process of how to do things is to "do things in an incorrect manner" and nobody wants to admit to that if you are talking about "due process". It keeps everyone focused on not breaking any laws. To "do things in an incorrect manner" in reference to the United States Constitution means that a law has been broken.

Suggestion:
Never use the word "problem" when using the 5th and 14th Amendments of the United States Constitution on the job.

Reason/Explanation:
Once you use the word "problem" others can say that the "problem" is "your problem". This is a way of saying that they are not obligated to help you solve the problem. Always use the phrase "subversion of the United States Constitution", which indicates a law is being broken. Subversion of the United States Constitution is everyone's "problem".

Question:

What About the non-white people who do not exist within the "United States?" what can those people do to counter-racism in the work place?

Most non-white people are unable to make use of the U.S Constitution in their work place; because of where they reside.

Is there any sugestions that can be applied universally in the work place, no matter where a victim of racism (non-white person) happens to be?

Sure, they can ask questions about what should be done and relate that to what is being done. That is all that is being done when a person is using the 5th and 14th Amendments of the United States Constitution.

Anytime you encounter any behavior you should ask yourself questions about what you're looking at and then ask yourself if what you are looking at should be doing what it is doing or if it shouldn't, if it shouldn't be doing what it is doing try to figure out a way to stop that thing...that person...that whatever from doing what it is doing if it is destructive, then figure out the constructive thing to do.

If there are any white people near those non-white people chances are the white people have built something into law about how people should be treated...meaning them. Any non-white people can and should use whatever documentation, laws, etc. to help keep them from being harmed. As long as non-white people are not being harmed they are not being mistreated on the basis of color. In protecting his or herself from being harmed, non-white people are working against racism (white supremacy). The U.S. Constitution has some cover for non-white people because if it is changed the change will also affect white people.

We all know the people that wrote the U.S. Constitution had non-white people as slaves when they wrote it and we all know about the Dred Scott case where judge Taney stated that blacks...and I quote...\\\"had no rights which the white man was bound to respect\\\". Under the refinement of racism (white supremacy) white people are extremely reluctant to say something like this in certain parts of the universe. The refinement of racism (white supremacy), then, can also be used against white people who practice racism (white supremacy).

I try to keep white people from refining racism (white supremacy) and make them use the most unrefined method for keeping non-white people subject to racism (white supremacy)...which is direct violence. A white person using direct violence against me. Any use of direct violence by a white person against a non-white person reveals truth about how the SYSTEM of racism (white supremacy) works.

But don't take my word for it...write an experiment and run it to test anything I have stated that you don't think to be correct.

Sorry for being lengthy Observer.

Greetings Mr. Williams, thank you for your reply to my U.S. Constitution question.

However, I am NOT the "Observer, " my name is "Randall Sears," a non-white male in the system of racism white supremacy.

I usually post on thecode.net, and I'm new to the counter-racism website.

I apologize for any confusion.

Thanks again.

Yes sir. That statement was meant for The Observer, not you. I apologize for the confusion.

PostPosted: Sun Apr 09, 2006 3:14 pm    Post subject: Anticipating the Threat Reply with quote

Suggestion: Anticipate being threatened by people who have more POWER than you. They will say things to make you feel like you are doing things incorrectly. Stay focused on your questions, remain calm, use your poker face, and look everyone in their eyes when you talk to them.

Reason/Explanation:
The people who have the most POWER in any company are the white people who practice racism (white supremacy). Once you begin to use the United States Constitution to make sure that you are not harmed, the white people who practice racism (white supremacy) understand immediately that you keep them from acting as a POWERFUL person and will say things and/or do things to make you feel as though you are doing something incorrectly.

Under the SYSTEM of racism (white supremacy), if you are a non-white person, you are doing something incorrectly according to the white people who practice racism (white supremacy) when you try to keep from being harmed. According to the white people who practice racism (white supremacy) all non-white people should be spending their time and energy seeking comfort...not seeking justice. Once you begin to make sure that you are not mistreated and also making sure you get the help you need when you need it in the process of solving all problem you are seeking justice...you are not seeking comfort.

The racists (white supremacists) just want you to feel better about what they are doing against you until you end up fooling yourself. Anticipate that the white people who practice racism (white supremacy) will attempt to make you feel like you are doing something incorrectly when you attempt to seek justice.

What can you do when the white people who practice racism (white supremacy) attempt to make you feel like you are doing something incorrectly?

Suggestion: Ask questions.

Example:

Non-White Employee: I applied to this organization because I was led to believe that I could perform my duties and I would not be asked to do anything that was not in support and defense of the 5th and 14th Amendments of the United States Constitution. Now in the performance of my duties I have probable cause to believe that someone is subverting me. That someone is subverting the Constitution.

Manager: Ms. Employee, do you realize the levity of this situation? We have processes and procedures that allow for quick problem determination and resolution of all problems experienced by our employees. You are opening a door that is very career limiting and appears to have a result that is not in the best interest of this organization.

Non-White Employee: Does this organization have any policies and procedures that are in direct conflict with the 5th and 14th Amendments of the United States Constitution?

Manager: No! Why would you ask that?

Non-White Employee: Because, as I suspected, this company is for justice and I'm for justice. I am asking for help from the people who have sworn to protect and defend the United States Constitution to assist me in finding out who this person is. Is there anyone in this room who does not support and defend the 5th and 14th Amendments of the United States Constitution?

At this point the meeting is gonna be over in about 5 minutes because you are on the offense standing behind the US Constitution and the company that everyone in the room works for.
