Observed Phenomenon:

I am not in the best of health.

Hypothesis:

In order to replace the SYSTEM of racism (white supremacy) with a SYSTEM of justice I need to be in the best of health or at least headed in the direction of being in the best of health in the process of replacing the SYSTEM of racism (white supremacy) with a SYSTEM of justice.

There are four basic components a person needs in order for that person to have what is called correct health and all four must be in balance with each other and they are as follows;
    (1) What a person consumes
    (2) Quantity and quality of sleep a person gets
    (3) Quantity and quality of exercise a person gets
    (4) The ability to solve problems without producing more problems.
When these four basic components are not in balance with each other the person has incorrect health.

Experiment:

DRINK:
Drink the same drink for 21 days. Drink it in specific quantities and only at specific times. Switch to another of the same type drink. Drink it in specific quantities and only at specific times. Switch to another of a differing type drink. Drink it in specific quantities and only at specific times. Measure your ability to think clearly. Measure your ability to move and function without pain in your body. Measure how many hours you sleep in a 24 hour period and whether the sleep is contiguous. Measure your ability to enter an effective trance state if you meditate.

EAT:
Eat the same type of food for 21 days. Eat it in specific quantities and only at specific times. Switch to another of the same type of food. Eat it in specific quantities and only at specific times. Switch to another of a differing type of food. Eat it in specific quantities and only at specific times. Measure your ability to think clearly. Measure your ability to move and function without pain in your body. Measure how many hours you sleep in a 24 hour period and whether the sleep is contiguous. Measure your ability to release food as waste. Examine the waste to see when you at the food. Measure your ability to enter an effective trance state if you meditate.

EXERCISE:
Perform the same type of exercises for 21 days. Perform these exercises in specific quantities and only at specific times. Switch to another of the same type of exercises. Perform these exercises in specific quantities and only at specific times. Switch to another of a differing type of exercises. Perform these exercises in specific quantities and only at specific times. Measure your ability to think clearly. Measure your ability to move and function without pain in your body. Measure how many hours you sleep in a 24 hour period and whether the sleep is contiguous. Measure your ability to enter an effective trance state if you meditate.

SLEEP:
Get the same amount of sleep for 21 days. Get the same amount of sleep in specific quantities and only at specific times. Get a differing amount of sleep. Measure your ability to think clearly. Measure your ability to move and function without pain in your body. Measure how many hours you sleep in a 24 hour period and whether the sleep is contiguous. Measure your ability to enter an effective trance state if you meditate.

CONSUMPTION FOR THE MIND:
Consume the same type of materials for your mind (movies, books, newspapers, magazines, etc) for 21 days. Consume the same type of materials for your mind (movies, books, newspapers, magazines, etc) in specific quantities and only at specific times. Switch to another of the same type of materials for your mind (movies, books, newspapers, magazines, etc). Consume the same type of materials in specific quantities and only at specific times. Switch to another of a differing type of materials for your mind (movies, books, newspapers, magazines, etc). Consume the same type of materials in specific quantities and only at specific times. Measure your ability to think clearly. Measure your ability to move and function without pain in your body. Measure how many hours you sleep in a 24 hour period and whether the sleep is contiguous. Measure your ability to enter an effective trance state if you meditate.

MEDITATION:
Perform the same type of meditation for 21 days. Perform this meditation in specific quantities and only at specific times. Switch to another of the same type of meditation. Perform this meditation in specific quantities and only at specific times. Switch to another of a differing type of meditation. Perform this meditation in specific quantities and only at specific times. Measure your ability to think clearly. Measure your ability to move and function without pain in your body. Measure how many hours you sleep in a 24 hour period and whether the sleep is contiguous. Measure your ability to enter an effective trance state. Measure how long you are able to remain in that effective trance state.

PROBLEM SOLVING:
Attempt to solve a problem you and/or someone else has in a manner that doesn't produce more problems every 21 days. Measure your ability to think clearly. Measure your ability to move and function without pain in your body. Measure how many hours you sleep in a 24 hour period and whether the sleep is contiguous. Measure your ability to enter an effective trance state if you meditate.

ALL
Perform all of the above experiments in association with each other. Switch the type of foods you eat and the type of fluids you drink and the type of exercises you perform and the amount of sleep you get and the type of materials you consume with your mind and the type of meditation you perform and the problems you solve in accordance with your age, weight, height, and body fat until you are able to derive at the combination that works best for YOU in your existence on this planet.

Recording Data:

Use whatever recording device you can such as pencil and paper, audio recorder, video recorder, memory, etc., on a continuous basis.

Materials Needed:

The nerve to run the experiment. Pen and paper. Conversations with other people. The ability to not lie to oneself.

Expected Results:

(1) You will run this experiment in part and/or in whole until you are no longer in existence on this planet in the form you are now.
