The world is made up of only one species of people. Just as with other species of living things--humans have qualifiers that are similar, for example--everyone in the human species has: varied hair shades and textures, varied skin shades, 2 ears, 1 pair of varied eye shades, 2 feet, 2 arms, 2 hands, 8 fingers, 2 thumbs, 10 toes, internal organs positioned in exactly the same place that react to outside stimuli in exactly the same fashion. We all bleed the same with varying degrees of blood type, we all reproduce the same and we all generate the same brain pattersns in varying degrees of intelligence.

Here in America the word [race] is incorrectly used as the measuring stick to classify all peoples; and, as such, automatically filters in epitaths, divisions, separatism, discrimination, prejudice and of course the main culprit white racist supremacy.

Now, within the species of people that live on the earth there are many, many ethnic groups. The shared relationships within these ethnic groups are bonded by culture which is a noun and means—

"The totality of socially transmitted behavior patterns, arts,
beliefs, institutions, and all other products of human work
and thought."

Now...

These various cultures also have traits and characteristics considered-- an expression of their particular

-period
-class
-community
-or population.

Ethnicity [Source: Wordnet, Copyright 2003 Princeston University] is a noun and specifically implies affliation resulting in cultural ties.' This common denominator of people-relationships has also a strong influence on community status. Therefore, the ethnic group with the strongest influence on community status rules and this is where 'critical thinking comes into play which is "the mental process of actively and skillfully conceptualizing, applying, analyzing, synthesizing, and evaluating information to reach an answer or conclusion" -- Source: Webster's New Millennium™ Dictionary of English, Preview Edition (v 0.9.6); Copyright © 2003-2005 Lexico Publishing Group, LLC

1. Activate-recognize ethnic meanings rather than racial epitaths.
2. Conceptualize-interpret ethnic meanings rather than racial divisions.
3. Application--use ethnic meanings rather than racial separatisms.
4. Analyze-break down ethnicity into part and study the interrelation of those parts rather than racial discriminations.
5. Synthesize-combine these parts to form a new module rather than racial prejudices.
6. Evaluate-examine and draw conclusions carefully based on the 5 previous steps.

Ethnic cleansing [Source: WordNet ® 2.0, © 2003 Princeton University] which is the mass explusion and killing of one ethnic group in an area by another ethnic group in that same area is an ancient practice. To conceptualize the point here in America racial cleansing was incorporated thru slavery with a slightly differnt twist. But all lthe same, one ethnic group 'by community status' dominated over another ethnic group of lesser community status. In this historical case one group was of European orign and the other of African origin.

Rather than kill off all members of the Ethnic African Group the Ethnic European Group decided [back in the day] to pull these two groups together in the hopes of weakening the Ethnic African Group (i.e. the process of mis·ceg·e·na·tion or reproduction between two ethnic groups.) Needless to say, this plan back fired. Because the Ethnic African Group did not die out but rather multiplied and grew strong physically during that time period.

In addition, education was purposefuly withheld to enhance the learning process of one group over the other. For a time this "tool of oppression" worked to keep the masses of people of color under the yoke.

Systems of White Supremacy

1. Welfare system- becomes a crutch and serves as a man(provider) in a household and you can't have two providers living under the same roof so, the physical man has to leave the residence........

2. Child support system- pay or go to jail........

3. Court system....blacks are guilty until proven innocent....

4. Judicial Sstem....We have laws that governs white and laws that govern blacks.... If a white man commit the same crime, as a black ,we will slap him on the wrist and we will hang the black man..

5. employment system-blacks have to work 10 times harder than whites do for the same job...If the blacks have criminal records, there's a 99% chance that blacks won't get the job.....
A criminal record is like a dishonorable discharge...

6. Low-income housing...Place all the poor in one little area (urban) the hood!!!

There are so many weapons of mass destruction are in our communities. Liquor stores, crack houses, and crime!!!!

Listed above are but some of the effects of the racist/white supremacy system designed to keep people of color in check.

Know that "ethnicity rules" and that this ideal is the true measuring stick not race. And, understand that the group with the better advantage to rule the other ethnic groups--which in this instance just happens to be the white culture--further sustains, feeds, and nourishes the system of white racism supremacy.

What is the word and definition that you are proposing to be used that when used will follow a logical path to guaranteeing no person is mistreated and also guaranteeing the person who needs help the most get the most help?

I'm not exactly sure what a "Proud black-independent woman" is or what it has to do with whether or not you are a white person.

Are you a white person or not?
