Suggestion:
Do not use the word problem on the job to refer to anything that has happened that should not have happened.

Reason/Explanation:
It has been my experience that when a person uses the word problem on the job to refer to something that has happened that should not have happened the person has to do more work using words to get to the idea of promoting justice than the use and the focus of subverting the United States Constitution.

A person can always say, in response to your use of the word problem, that is your problem. Indicating you are experiencing a problem that has nothing to do with them. If a person remains focused on the subversion of the United States Constitution and uses only those words the conversation never goes down that road because no person has admitted on the job, in my experience, to willingly subverting the United States Constitution.

You could ask the question, if the word problem is used by someone else:

Is subversion of the 5th and 14th Amendments of the United States Constitution a problem?

Now what have you done? You've gotten the conversation focused at this point back to subversion of the United States Constitution but it is not personal yet. You have to make people accountable for their actions by adding:

I'm asking for help from the people who have sworn to protect and defend the United States Constitution to assist me in finding out who is subverting the 5th and 14th Amendments of the United States Constitution.

Now it is personal and the best part of all you are asking for help with something people should be helping you do anyway. Now everyone has to marshal their forces to stop the subversion.

You could've just said the last part without ever using the word "problem" and the conversation would be focused on subversion of the United States Constitution and you make people accountable for their actions at the same time.

Experiment:
Using The U.S. Constitution as a Tool

This suggestion was originally written to get the individual to focus on whether or not something that has happened or is happening is legal.

Periodically I use the word (problem) on the job and I give it the definition of something that has happened that should not have happened or something that is happening that should not be happening.

I should read my own posts. The definition back then I used for the word "problem" is the same one I use today: Something that has happened that should not behave happened or something that has not happened that should have happened.
