Promoting A Global Pan-African Community

I hear a lot of African American Afrocentrists promoting a global Pan-African community to promote economic links, cultural links and other links between Africans on the continent and Africans in the diaspora, that is people who have been classified as black.

Is there anything wrong with that.

If there is anything wrong, how does that result in mistreatment of those who don't classify themselves as African.

For clarity, Marcus garvey attempted to do that through UNIA, can we say he mistreated people who don't classify themselves as African.

to my knowledge Marcus Garvey did not solve the race problem and the evidence of that is that it is still here. The objective should be to replace the SYSTEM of racism (white supremacy) with a SYSTEM of justice.
